*Cancellation
The office must be notified in advance if a scheduled appointment cannot be kept. If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we require a 48-hour notification. Otherwise, the following cancellation penalty will be applied: 100% of the consultation fee. If you miss your appointment, we are able to reschedule to a different date, however, you will be responsible for an additional consultation fee.
